Top 5 Foods That Help To Lose Weight

Magic diets do not exist. I have made a list of foods that help with weight loss. I hope you find it useful.

1. SALADS:
Make salads with tomato, carrot, beetroot, cabbage, lettuce, or cucumber which are all low in calories - your diet staple. To liven them up, you could use lemon as a salad dressing with a dash of olive oil. Sandwiches are also great ways to have raw vegetables. The bread helps fill you up, but don't use butter-spread, a coriander and mint chutney would be better and tastier.

2. GRAPES
Instead of munching on a packet of crisps, biscuits or a chocolate bar, have a handful of grapes. They are naturally high in sugar (do not over do it though).
They can offer the same soothing hand-to-mouth action with none of the fat.

3. ORANGES

Oranges have only 48 calories. What a great low calorie snack!

4. POTATOES
Surprise surprise! Potatoes are not the problem but how they are cooked, that's what the problem is. Any form of fried potatoes are high in fat
but if baked or boiled and eaten without fatty accompaniments, potatoes are great for your diet.

5. WATER

Research shows that snacking in particular is often the result of mistaking thirst for hunger; write Tarla Dalal and Dr Swati Piramal in East Your Way to Good Health.
Water has no calories and is a good way of filling up.
