Top 5 Foods That Help To Lose Weight
Magic diets do not exist. I have made a list of foods that help with weight loss. I hope you find it useful.
1. SALADS:
Make salads with tomato, carrot, beetroot, cabbage, lettuce, or cucumber which are all low in calories - your diet staple. To liven them up, you could use lemon as a salad dressing with a dash of olive oil. Sandwiches are also great ways to have raw vegetables. The bread helps fill you up, but don't use butter-spread, a coriander and mint chutney would be better and tastier.
2. GRAPES
Instead of munching on a packet of crisps, biscuits or a chocolate bar, have a handful of grapes. They are naturally high in sugar (do not over do it though). They can offer the same soothing hand-to-mouth action with none of the fat.
3. ORANGES
Oranges have only 48 calories. What a great low calorie snack!
4. POTATOES
Surprise surprise! Potatoes are not the problem but how they are cooked, that's what the problem is. Any form of fried potatoes are high in fat but if baked or boiled and eaten without fatty accompaniments, potatoes are great for your diet.
5. WATER
Research shows that snacking in particular is often the result of mistaking thirst for hunger; write Tarla Dalal and Dr Swati Piramal in East Your Way to Good Health. Water has no calories and is a good way of filling up.

Why People Love Cupcakes
I must say that I have fallen in love with cupcakes. It is my latest craze at the moment.
The good thing about cupcakes is that they are perfect for that individual serving for weddings, parties, christenings and other special events. You can have them made in three sizes: mini, standard or jumbo.
You can buy any flavor of your choice or even mix and match a box of 4. The many different flavors that you can get today is unbelievable.
Cupcakes are a unique little thing. People do not feel guilty by eating one. It makes you fell like a child again and just fills up that sweet craving that you get every now and them. Everyone loves cupcakes and can never say no to a good either!
Get down to your nearest cupcake shop or bake some of your own! The children will even enjoy making them with you.
